Position:
Solution Analyst
Role Overview:
As a Solution Analyst focusing on Business Support System (BSS) domains, you will be working on large-scale, complex BSS implementations. Your will be participating in the design of BSS solutions as primarily job function and working closely with internal delivery teams as well as clients in planning, designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining the end-to-end BSS solutions.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Work as a team across all phases of BSS projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Deploy)
- Assist Solution Architect in defining technical, operational, and user requirements
- Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, global project teams, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
- Participate in design of solution architecture, functional specification, and system integration solutions
- Assist in workshops to review technical solutions (functional specifications and system integration solutions)
Technical Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of common industry standard business practices supported by CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and / or Convergent Billing Systems (CBS)
- Good knowledge in design of system interaction and system interface
- Extensive knowledge in the Telecommunications / ICT concepts
- Basic understanding of relational databases and query authoring (SQL) desired
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting technical and non-technical information, both verbally and in written form
- Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Meticulous and process oriented with great documentation skills
Preferred Education Background:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
